Cancellelation
If you need to change your order or just want to cancel it, pleasse contact us via our contact page or just drop an email to admin genzyug.com with your order number. Our support team will get back to you by email within one business day regarding your request. If your order is still in status “Pending” or “Payment Verification” only then, it can be alterd or cancelled. If your order has already shipped then, you will need to return it as per our return policies stated below.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
1.Limitation of Returns
Due to the type of products we sell, we accept limited returns. Below are the conditions where we can accept a return request.
1. Damaged During Shipment
If you receive a product damaged during shipment, please notify us within the 1 days of you receive the product, supported by the proper pictures and video description. Once our support team accept the return, we will provide a replacement or a complete refund including the return shipping cost.
2.Wrong Item Shipped
If you receive a different product then the ordered one, please contact us within the 1 days of you receive the product, supported by the proper pictures and video description. Once our support team accept the return, we will provide a replacement or a complete refund including the return shipping cost.
2.Limitation of Returns
We don’t accept the returns for the products damaged by improper use of the product. Moreover we don’t accept the return, if the ordered product is not fit for any specific application. Please read the product specifications and datasheet before selecting and ordering a product.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
